Overall, the hotel has a wonderful, cozy vibe, with a nice size that prevents you from feeling lost among crowds. Our room on the fifth floor enjoyed an amazing ocean view, and the service at the pool was exceptional. However, the all-inclusive food option left much to be desired, with hidden costs and restrictions that made it less appealing. Additionally, the check-in process was quite lengthy, impacting our initial experience.
